The Experience
A special small plate dining menu created by Silvena Rowe, Chef Patron of Quince at the May Fair Hotel, complements the styles of two treasured Dom Pérignon vintages: Dom Pérignon Vintage 2000 and Dom Pérignon Vintage Rose 1998.
From Pomegranate glazed foie gras to West Mersea native oysters with sevruga caviar, dishes are prepared individually to order with the freshest ingredients and your waiter will introduce the distinctive flavours that each will reveal in the champagne.
One of each of the four small plates per person accompany the magnums, and the menu is available for groups of 12, 24 or 36 people.
