Head mixologist and bar manager Marios Elias has assembled a handpicked team dedicated to ensuring your night at The May Fair Bar is as fresh and original as our signature cocktails.

Marios himself has spent 15 years in the mixology business, developing the flair and devotion to quality that characterises The May Fair Bar’s vast cocktail menu. Working alongside him are assistant manager and restaurant veteran, Chris Browne and head bartender Alex Marongiu, a veteran of Sardinia’s finest five-star hotels.
