So who’s started their Christmas shopping yet? After a gruelling day of shopping in Mayfair, we headed back to The May Fair Bar to sample the highly acclaimed Cocktails and Cupcakes - afternoon tea, May Fair style. Along with the regular selection of teas and coffee roasts, there are some fabulous cocktails on offer to sip with nibbling on the scrumptious cupcakes.

- The Caramel Espresso Martini

Wow! The presentation of this cocktail is divine – brown sugar flamed around the top gives this martini a delicious creme caramel crust.

- Chamomile, Spiced Rum and Pomegranate tea

Ideal for a cold November afternoon, this cocktail is served hot in a glass tea cup. The spiced rum is wonderfully warming and the chamomile and pomegranate leave you feeling calm and refreshed.

- Peppermint Tea Martini

Served in a martini glass, this cocktail definitely has the May Fair twist. Generous servings of Creme de Menthe are added to the popular peppermint infusion – perfect!

- Peach Iced Tea

Fantastically retro, the peach iced tea is served in an old-fashioned glass bottle with a straw and acts as a natural palate cleanser.

All the cocktails are served with a range of cupcakes.
