Just a few things to bear in mind:

 

  • Bookings are not confirmed until we have sent you a confirmation
  • Prior to booking your tickets, we'll contact you to confirm your credit card details
  • Theatre tickets booked by the hotel concierge may be collected at the hotel concierge desk only
  • Please be aware that all seat sales are made on a non-refundable basis. Once you have confirmed that you are happy to go ahead with the booking it cannot be amended or cancelled
