All our clients undergo a kinetic chain profile to check for posture, balance, range of motion, joint integrity and core function. This is where the truly PERSONAL aspect of each programme is determined. Information gathered here will be used to create a unique programme, tailor-made to your individual body type and function integrating YOUR fitness goals. This programme will be combined with a nutritional plan that is fundamental to you reaching your goals.
