Entrance to the Spa
Entrance to the Spa is through the main hotel. If you have trouble finding us please ask at the reception desk.
Securing your booking
All bookings must be secured with a credit card number. We require 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling, otherwise full payment will be taken.
Mums to be
Throughout pregnancy a woman's skin and body can react in many different ways, We understand the changes pregnant women will experience; therefore we will adapt our treatments to care for a pregnant woman's every need. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are pregnant.
SPA ETIQUETTE
Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests' right to privacy and serenity. Please note that clients are required to bring their own bathing suits to enjoy our communal spa facilities.
SPA ARRIVAL
You will be provided with a locker which contains two towels, robe and slippers. You are welcome to enjoy the Relaxation Room and spa facilities up to one hour prior to or following your appointment. We recommend that you check in at Spa Reception at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows us to have a brief discussion with you about your treatment expectations & allows us to check for any contra-indications by filling in a consultation form. This is treated in the strictest confidence and held for three months only.Regreattably late arrival, will shorten your treatment.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when making your spa reservation. The Mayfair Spa respectfully reserves the right to decline to administer any treatment.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage or personal articles. Please keep all valuables locked in your locker or safe during your visit. For the protection of your clothing, we ask that you wear the robe provided.
ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES
The Spa at Mayfair Hotel, London shall not be liable for any accident or injury suffered by any member or guest.
REFUND POLICY
Unopened retail products can be exchanged within seven days of purchase, if presented with the original receipt. No cash or credit card refunds will be processed.
