The practise of Vinyasa Flow Yoga involves a fluid, dynamic series of poses, helping restore both body and mind.

Start or end your day with a revitalising session, hosted by SB Wellness and yoga teacher, Emily Grace Black at The May Fair

Classes run three times a week, in the spacious Atrium.

  • Monday 7:30am – 8:30am
  • Wednesday 6:00pm – 7:00pm
  • Friday 7:30am – 8:30am

Classes are from £15 per session and are available to hotel residents and non-residential guests. For hotel residents please call or visit May Fair Spa reception to book, for all non-residents please visit www.sbwellness.co.uk/yoga to book your class.
