The Crystal Ballroom is The May Fair Hotel’s Pièce de Résistance. Completely secluded and available exclusively to your guests, it exudes the ambience of a ballroom from a bygone era – crowned with a six-metre bespoke Baccarat chandelier. The perfect setting for big conferences, occasions and events of all kinds.

The Crystal Ballroom can serve as your main plenary conference space, complete with catering, a private entrance, cloakroom, and bathrooms. Alternatively, hire the Crystal Ballroom for your registration area and use the connecting May Fair Theatre as your plenary – perfect for large screenings.

The Big Reveal

Featuring a retractable divider, the Crystal Ballroom can add theatrics to your conference, event or wedding – revealing an unexpected, previously unseen setting to your guests.

The Screening Room

A private staircase connects the Crystal Ballroom with the stunning May Fair Theatre – one of London’s largest private screening rooms. Seating 201 guests, this gorgeous cinema is powered by state-of-the-art big screen technology, with comfortable padded seating, a lectern for presentations, and furniture for panel discussions.
