Full & Partial Buyouts

Since 1927, The May Fair has been one of London's most trusted addresses for events that require complete privacy and absolute discretion. A full buyout places the entirety of the hotel at your disposal, 404 bedrooms and suites, five dedicated event spaces including The Crystal Ballroom, a restaurant, a bar, a spa, and a team that has managed some of the most complex and high-profile occasions this city has seen.

For those who require something less than a full takeover, a partial buyout offers exclusive access to selected areas of the hotel, a single floor of rooms, a combination of event spaces, or the restaurant and bar configured entirely around your brief.

From corporate retreats and global brand activations to government functions, landmark celebrations, and weddings, The May Fair accommodates every kind of occasion with the same care and the same standard of service.

Partial Buyouts

Not every occasion calls for the whole hotel. A partial buyout at The May Fair offers exclusive use of a defined selection of spaces tailored entirely to the scale and nature of your event.

A partial buyout might include a single floor of bedrooms and suites, a combination of event spaces, the restaurant and bar, or any configuration our events team helps you design. The same standard of privacy and service applies throughout, the difference is simply in scope.

Our events team is experienced in designing partial buyouts for conferences, product launches, wedding parties, and multi-day corporate programmes.
