Private Meeting Rooms
Eleven meeting rooms, each with its own distinct character and design, a detail that makes a genuine difference, giving each space a clear identity and making it easy for delegates to navigate between rooms. All eleven are located together in a self-contained area of the hotel, on the first floor, with natural daylight throughout.
The rooms range from intimate boardrooms for six to Private Suite 8, which accommodates up to 120 guests in conference configuration. Most rooms offer up to eight layout configurations, theatre, boardroom, cabaret, classroom, U-shape, and more. For events that need a main space alongside breakout rooms, the suites sit adjacent to the Danziger Suite, placing an entire floor at your disposal.

For smaller meetings and half-day bookings, our online booking tool allows you to secure a room for up to 40 delegates in a few steps, with optional additions including a working lunch, tea and coffee breaks, and flipcharts. For larger or multi-day requirements, our events team would be happy to assist.
Breakout Area
Just outside Private Suite 7, a dedicated breakout area provides space for catering, informal networking, and the kind of between-session conversations that often matter as much as the meeting itself.

Private Suite 8
Discreet in its décor and flooded with natural daylight, this supremely versatile space is our largest private suite. Accommodating 120 for a reception and 100 for a seated lunch/dinner, it is an excellent choice for an exclusive conference or private dinner in the heart of Mayfair.

Sound & Vision
All eleven suites are equipped with a Samsung LED screen, connectable to a laptop for presentations. Private Suites 7 and 8 are equipped with a laser projector and electronic ceiling-mounted screen better suited to larger conference groups. Lecterns, laser pointers, microphones, and PA systems are available to hire for any suite.
Dining
Whether you are running a full conference day or hosting a private client dinner, The May Fair's culinary team will design a menu around your occasion. Working lunches, buffet catering stations, afternoon tea, and individually plated dinners are all available, prepared entirely in-house and tailored to the pace and nature of your day.
