Since 1927, The Crystal Ballroom has been the setting for some of London's most significant occasions, royal gatherings, landmark celebrations, and events that people speak of long after the evening ends. Completely private, with its own entrance and cloakroom, the room seats up to 260 guests for a dinner or accommodates 370 for a reception, all beneath a six-metre bespoke Baccarat chandelier that has presided over nearly a century of occasion.

It is, quite simply, one of the finest ballrooms in London.

A Space That Works for Every Occasion

The Crystal Ballroom is as well-suited to a black-tie dinner or a wedding reception as it is to a plenary conference.

Used as the main event space, it comes complete with catering provisions, a private entrance, cloakroom, and dedicated bathrooms. For larger productions, the Ballroom works seamlessly as a registration and reception area, with a private staircase connecting directly to The Screening Room, one of London's largest private cinemas, for presentations, screenings, or keynote sessions.

The Big Reveal

The Crystal Ballroom features a retractable divider, a detail that opens up a world of creative possibilities. Use it to stage a reveal: conceal half the room during a drinks reception, then draw back the divide to unveil a fully dressed dining room or unexpected event setting. It is a theatrical touch that guests invariably remember.

The Screening Room

A private staircase connects The Crystal Ballroom directly to The Screening Room, one of London's largest private cinemas, seating 201 guests. With a grand screen, full surround sound, a lectern for presentations, and furniture configured for panel discussions, it extends the possibilities of any event that begins or ends in the Ballroom.
