Danziger Suite & Atrium
The Danziger Suite takes its name from the Danziger Brothers, former owners of The May Fair and Hollywood film impresarios whose instinct for spectacle and style shaped this room's character entirely. The Art Deco detailing, the sense of occasion, the feeling that something significant is about to happen, all of it traces back to them.
Today the suite accommodates up to 250 guests for a reception, or 220 in theatre style, with a flexible stage for speaker events, conferences, and concert performances. Just a few steps away is The Atrium, with its vaulted glass ceiling and surrounding greenery, providing a natural, light-filled setting for drinks receptions and breaks throughout the day.
Private by Design
The Danziger Suite sits in seclusion on the first floor of The May Fair, away from the lobby, with its own cloakroom, dedicated lifts, and bathrooms. For corporate delegates and wedding guests alike, it offers the kind of privacy that makes an event feel genuinely exclusive rather than simply hired.
An Entire Floor at Your Disposal
For events that require complete seclusion, the Danziger Suite can be reserved together with The Atrium and all eleven Private Suites, placing an entire floor of The May Fair at your exclusive disposal. Ideal for roadshows, multi-stream conferences, and corporate programmes that need dedicated breakout space alongside a main event room.

The Atrium
The Atrium is the natural complement to the Danziger Suite, a vaulted glass ceiling, surrounding greenery, and light that changes through the day. It is the room guests move into at the end of a session, or arrive in before one begins. Airy and unhurried, with a sense of being removed from the city outside, it accommodates up to 150 guests for a standing reception.
Dining
Dining in the Danziger Suite is as flexible as the room itself, from catering stations and working lunches for conference delegates to formally plated dinners for up to 170 guests. Every menu is prepared in-house by The May Fair's culinary team and tailored entirely to your occasion, whether that means a quick mid-session lunch or a long evening in the Art Deco surroundings the Danziger does particularly well.
